The food you eat so directly affects your thoughts and behavior, which then translates to feelings, mood and energy level.  So often people feel drained of energy and reach for staple items containing sugar, caffeine and alcohol to keep them going or to artificially induce a better mood, when what is really needed is the sustenance provided by nutrient-dense foods.  If you really wish to experience health and happiness in your life, you must incorporate wholesome foods into your diet. Another important priority is to identify and overcome personal roadblocks suppressing your energy and stifling your enthusiasm for life.  I’ll encourage you to tap into your own inner wisdom to make healthier lifestyle choices and pursue your dreams.
